Our firm has been serving clients from our Fort Dodge office for more than 45 years. Allan Redenius started his own CPA practice in 1975 after gaining experience through another CPA firm. In 2007 David Bowser joined Allan as a partner and the firm name was changed to Redenius & Bowser, CPAs. In 2012 Allan Redenius retired, and in 2013 the name of the firm changed to David L. Bowser, PC. In 2018 Jerry Richman joined Dave as a partner and the firm name changed to Bowser & Richman, LLP. Danelle Willer was added as a third partner in 2021. We work with non-profit organizations, nursing homes, manufacturers, construction contractors, automobile dealerships, social service organizations, farmers, dentists, doctors, chiropractors, attorneys, churches, restaurants, trusts and many other individuals and types of businesses.

Our services include: compilations, financial planning, and business consulting. We also provide tax planning and preparation for individuals, corporations, “S” corporations, partnerships, trusts, non-profits, sole proprietorships and LLC’s. We help with IRS and state income tax and payroll tax problems, including non-filing, incorrect filing, and penalties and interest. We prepare monthly financial statements, cost reports for state and federal agencies, and provide payroll and payroll tax services.  We also perform Chief Financial Officer services for several organizations. We are members of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Iowa Society of Certified Public Accountants.
